Fitting a visor is the step that stops most first builds: cutting the aperture clean, getting the curve to sit flush against the shell, bonding it without fogging the surface. On this helmet it is finished. What you receive is the silhouette everyone recognises from The Mandalorian — the narrow T-visor, the domed crown, the flared jaw line — as a solid PLA print with the optics already in place and the base ready to sand, prime and paint however you like. The print is clean and the fit is good.
