Rex commanded the 501st Legion under Anakin Skywalker and fought through the Clone Wars on Christophsis, Ryloth, Geonosis, Umbara, and the Siege of Mandalore. He removed his inhibitor chip before Order 66 arrived, surviving while the clones around him turned. In Rebels, he reappears older, wearing a weathered version of his armor on Seelos with Wolffe and Gregor. His jaig eyes — Mandalorian honors for exceptional valor — remain the most recognizable clone marking in the saga.
