High-resolution printing preserves the scrollwork through sanding, so the ornament that defines the piece is still crisp when your brush arrives. Under the ornament sits sensible engineering: the grip core is solid for a confident hold, while the barrel runs hollow to keep the piece featherweight on a bandolier. Aged brass drybrushed over near-black, with dark wood tones on the grip, brings the whole design alive in a weekend.
