Made-to-Measure Cosplay Armor
I print cosplay armor to your measurements in my workshop near Lyon, France, and ship it worldwide. Star Wars, Halo, Helldivers, Fallout, Destiny, Gears of War, Dead Space and Doom: around 80 armor sets and 110 helmets are in the catalog, and I can look at other characters on request.
How it works
You pick a set and a material. After your order I send you a short measurement form. Every plate is scaled to your chest, shoulders, arms and legs before printing, so the armor fits you and not a mannequin. Standard sizes are available if you prefer.
Materials: PLA, PETG or ABS. PLA is the cheapest and easy to sand. PETG and ABS handle heat better, for long convention days or a hot car. Which one should you pick?
The armor ships raw by default, ready to sand and paint. Sanding, priming and full paint jobs are available on quote: see the painted builds.
Prices and lead time
Helmets start at 60 €. Full armor sets are usually between 250 € and 520 € depending on the character and the material. The lead time is shown on every product page and follows the real queue of orders in the workshop.
Shipping is tracked worldwide and free above 750 €. Outside the EU, import duties are paid on arrival.

Questions people ask
Can you print an armor that is not in the catalog?
Often yes. Send me the character and a few reference pictures. If a good licensed model exists I will quote it.
Is it wearable?
Yes. The pieces are made to be worn and strapped. Attachment ideas are in this guide on magnets, velcro and brackets.
Are the 3D models licensed?
Yes. Every model I print is licensed from the designer who made it. See who I work with.
Can you add lights or sound?
Yes, I also do custom electronics for helmets, armor and blasters.
