Out ahead of the infantry, moving through terrain a walker would never survive. The Phase II clone combat headgear worn by All Terrain Recon Transport pilots — the fast-moving scout walker operators who ran reconnaissance and flanking operations through the Clone Wars.
AT-RT Driver Helmet: Speed and Reconnaissance
AT-RT drivers operated at the front of Republic advances, probing enemy positions, flanking larger Separatist formations, and operating in broken terrain that AT-TEs and Juggernauts couldn't navigate. At the Battle of Kashyyyk, AT-RT formations fought alongside Wookiee warriors on the beach while Master Yoda commanded the broader engagement. Their helmets represent one of the more specialized clone combat roles of the entire war.
