Death Troopers were first introduced in Rogue One as Director Krennic's personal security detail, and their design was immediately striking: pitch-black armor, a scrambled comm signal, and helmets that absorbed light rather than reflecting it. The Death Trooper helmet's darkened visor, textured surface, and slightly oversized proportions give it a presence that standard stormtrooper helmets simply cannot match. This 3D printed replica faithfully reproduces that black-on-black geometry. Display it as a symbol of Imperial authority at its most extreme, or build a full Death Trooper kit around it.
Fitting the Death Trooper Helmet
The Death Trooper Helmet is printed to your own head measurements so its elongated crown keeps the too-tall proportion that makes the design work. Choose PLA, PETG or ABS, pick your visor treatment, and finish it in dead black. Rogue One built these to be read as wrong at a glance.
