Imperial Commando Helmet: Mandate and Memory
Imperial Commandos drew heavily from the Republic Commando tradition — the Katarn-class armor lineage, the Delta Squad methodology, the understanding that elite operations required operators who thought beyond standard Imperial doctrine. Omega Squad and Delta Squad members who survived Order 66 sometimes ended up in Imperial service, their skills repurposed for the new order. The Imperial Commando Helmet carries that ambiguous inheritance: functionally Imperial, aesthetically caught between two traditions.
