The Old Republic Jedi Armor is the full combat plate worn by Jedi Knights during the Great Galactic War era — a heavier, more militarized configuration than the robes of the prequel era, shaped by centuries of open warfare against the Sith Empire in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Old Republic Jedi fought openly, in armies, against a Sith Empire that had returned from beyond the galaxy's edge after centuries of exile. The Great Galactic War consumed worlds and tested the Order to its limits — producing a generation of Jedi whose combat experience dwarfed anything their prequel-era successors would face until Order 66. Their armor reflects that military context: heavier, more martial, and built for the kind of sustained open warfare that Yoda's era Jedi barely remembered.
