Shipping and lead times

Everything here is printed to order in my workshop near Lyon, France. Nothing is pre-made, nothing sits on a shelf. That is what makes the fit and the finish yours, and it is also why it takes time.

Lead time

Count 4 to 6 weeks between the moment your measurements are confirmed and the moment your parcel leaves the workshop.

Why the range: orders are printed one after the other, in the order they come in. A single prop moves faster than a full armour set, and a busy period (conventions, Halloween, December) pushes the queue out. If your order is going to take longer than 6 weeks, I tell you before I start, not after.

If you have a date — a convention, a shoot, a birthday — write it in the order notes or email me before ordering. I will tell you honestly whether it is doable.

The measurement step

For anything made to your size, the clock starts when your measurements are confirmed, not when you pay. After your order I email you a short measurement form (one for helmets, one for armour). The sooner it comes back, the sooner your piece enters the queue.

The measuring guides show exactly how to take each measurement.

Carriers and delivery

  • France and Europe: Colissimo, with tracking. Usually 2 to 5 working days once shipped.
  • United States and rest of world: Chronopost, with tracking. Usually 3 to 8 working days once shipped.

Large armour sets ship in several boxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of what you ordered.

Customs and duties outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union travel DAP: import duties and taxes are paid by you on arrival, not at checkout. Your carrier will contact you. A commercial invoice is attached to every parcel, declared honestly — I do not mark parcels as gifts.

How much this comes to depends on your country. If you want an estimate before ordering, ask me.

Damage in transit

Everything is packed with the fragile parts protected, and visors are shipped separately when needed. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece before unpacking any further and send me the photos. I sort it out.

Returns

Because every piece is printed to your own measurements, orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started. This is why I would rather answer ten questions before your order than one after. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or not what was agreed, that is on me and I fix it — write to me.
