The shell reproduces the distinctive profile precisely, from the brow ridge to the comm housings, printing smooth enough that the gloss-visor-matte-shell contrast lands exactly as it does in-game. The visor aperture accepts a mirrored acrylic blank cut from our template, polarized films push it into screen-accuracy territory, and the comm housings print hollow for speaker mods. Shell thickness balances presence with neck comfort across a long night shoot, and the profile stays unmistakable even matte black on matte black.
