The Urban Legends warbond armed Super Earth's city fighters with shields, batons, and the SR-18 Roadblock — heavy armor named after exactly what its wearer becomes. The helmet is civic order cast in plate: a fortified crown, a slotted riot visor built to take a Charger's opinion at full speed, and jaw protection with the bedside manner of a concrete barrier. Wearing it in-game announces a simple municipal policy: this avenue is closed for democracy maintenance.
